One of the main goals of the Spanish Society in Aesthetic medicine is to fight against the unqualified practice.
To assure the faithful compliance of the regulations, the professional membership number is a mandatory requirement to proceed with your registration to the congress. Under no circumstances a registration will be confirmed if the professional membership number is not valid or doesn’t correspond to the personal data introduced during the registration process.
40th SEME CONGRESS PRE-CONGRESS
- Pre-congress courses have limited places available, therefore, previous booking of attendance is required.
- Registration is limited to one pre-congress course as they will take place simultaneously.
- To register to the Pre-congress courses it will be required to be also register to the Congress.

Registration fees include Access to the 6th SERECAP Congress (Friday 14th February 2025)
- *1 - The registration must be invoiced to the same registered doctor (Invoice to natural person, same data as the registered doctor). Does not apply to sponsor’s registrations nor group registrations.
- 2 - It is required to upload the certifying document to proof membership to one of the member societies of the UIME.
- *3 - It is required to be currently studying the master’s degree during the celebration dates of the congress. It will be required to upload the certifying document indicating the starting and end date of the course. Not being valid to have finished the course before the congress starts (13th to 15th February 2024).

The SERECAP registration fee does not include access to the scientific sessions of the SEME Congress.
Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone reservations. Registration must be done filling the Online Registration form. One form per person. You will receive a reservation request after completing the form, if you do not receive it please contact with the Technical Secretariat: Grupo PACIFICO:
All payments must be made in Euros, please find as follow the available payment methods:

Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically by e-mail. Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option only will be available until January 14th, 2025.
- All pending amounts must be paid at the Technical Secretariat during the documentation delivery. In case of bank transfer payment or another method but not received it, you will be requested for an advice bank slip. Otherwise, you will be requested to pay the pending amount.

Cancellations received up to December 15th, 2025, deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.
Cancellations received up to January 16th, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after January 17th, 2025, or registered participants who fail to attend.
No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
